Es wurden aber von den einzelnen Kassen auch Formulare entwickelt, die Ihnen die <strong>Antragstellung<\/strong> <strong>erleichtern<\/strong> sollen. Um diese beziehen zu k\u00f6nnen, steht Versicherten der sogenannte\u00a0<strong>Entlastungsbetrag<\/strong>\u00a0zu. Dabei handelt es sich um einen einheitlichen <strong>Zuschuss<\/strong> der Pflegeversicherung in H\u00f6he von bis zu 125 Euro im Monat. Ziel der zus\u00e4tzlichen Entlastungsleistung ist es, pflegende Angeh\u00f6rige\u00a0im Pflegealltag zu unterst\u00fctzen und die Selbstst\u00e4ndigkeit der Pflegebed\u00fcrftigen zu f\u00f6rdern.<\/p>\n<p>Bei <strong>Pflegegrad 1<\/strong> kann dieser Betrag f\u00fcr die Grundpflege und hauswirtschaftliche T\u00e4tigkeiten oder Betreuung verwendet werden.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ab <\/strong>dem <strong>Pfleggrad 2<\/strong> kann dieser Betrag nur noch f\u00fcr hauswirtschaftliche T\u00e4tigkeiten oder Betreuung verwendet werden und nicht mehr f\u00fcr die Grundpflege.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/section>\n<section class='av_toggle_section av-av_toggle-6b8e947c75f3515e04b2d92a0d43d57c'  itemscope=\"itemscope\" itemtype=\"https:\/\/schema.org\/CreativeWork\" ><div role=\"tablist\" class=\"single_toggle\" data-tags=\"{Alle} \"  ><p data-fake-id='#toggle-id-5' class='toggler   '  itemprop=\"headline\"  role='tab' tabindex='0' aria-controls='toggle-id-5'>Der Pflegeantrag: Wie erhalte ich Leistungen der Pflegeversicherung?<span class=\"toggle_icon\"><span class=\"vert_icon\"><\/span><span class=\"hor_icon\"><\/span><\/span><\/p><div id='toggle-id-5' class='toggle_wrap  '  ><div class='toggle_content invers-color '  itemprop=\"text\" ><p>Nach der Antragstellung erh\u00e4lt der Versicherte einen schriftlichen Termin zur Begutachtung durch den MDK.<\/p>\n<p>Seit 2017 werden alle Neuantr\u00e4ge mit dem <strong>Pr\u00fcfverfahren &#8222;Neues Begutachtungs-Assessment&#8220; (NBA)<\/strong> durch einen Mitarbeiter des MDK bearbeitet. Daf\u00fcr erfolgt eine Einsch\u00e4tzung durch Befragung des Versicherten oder Bevollm\u00e4chtigten und Beobachtung der konkreten Lebenssituation des Antragsstellers an seinem Wohnort. Die Pflegenden m\u00fcssen selbst zum Arzt, zum Friseur, ins Krankenhaus oder einfach nur einmal zum Ausspannen in den Urlaub. F\u00fcr solche F\u00e4lle bietet die Pflegeversicherung mit den Leistungen der <strong>Verhinderungs<\/strong>&#8211; und der <strong>Kurzzeitpflege<\/strong> erforderliche schnelle Hilfe. Da es auff\u00e4llige Parallelen zwischen der Kurzzeitpflege und der Verhinderungspflege gibt, soll an dieser Stelle zusammenfassend auf die wichtigsten Unterschiede eingegangen werden:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Verhinderungspflege<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Kann nur in Anspruch genommen werden kann, wenn der zu Pflegende <strong>mindestens sechs Monate<\/strong> zuvor durch eine Pflegeperson im <strong>h\u00e4uslichen Umfeld betreut<\/strong> wurde. Diese mindestens 6-monatige Pflegezeit nennt sich auch \u201eVorauspflege\u201c<\/li>\n<li>Im Gegensatz zur Kurzzeitpflege findet die <strong>Verhinderungspflege zu Hause<\/strong> statt. Sie wird durch einen zugelassenen ambulanten Pflegedienst erbracht.<\/li>\n<li>Die <strong>Leistungen<\/strong> der Pflegeversicherung f\u00fcr die Verhinderungspflege m\u00fcssen jeweils <strong>beantragt<\/strong> werden. Dabei ist eine r\u00fcckwirkende und generell kurzfristige Beantragung m\u00f6glich.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Kurzzeitpflege<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bei der Kurzzeitpflege <strong>entf\u00e4llt die Frist<\/strong> von sechs Monaten. Jeder Pflegebed\u00fcrftige mit einer Pflegestufe hat Anspruch auf Kurzzeitpflege<\/li>\n<li>Wird ein pflegebed\u00fcrftiger Mensch f\u00fcr einen begrenzten Zeitraum <strong>station\u00e4r in einem Pflegeheim<\/strong> aufgenommen.<\/li>\n<li>Die Kurzzeitpflege <strong>erfordert<\/strong> auch eine <strong>Antragstellung<\/strong> bei der Pflegekasse der pflegebed\u00fcrftigen Person. Die Beantragung kann kurzfristig und sogar <strong>r\u00fcckwirkend<\/strong> erfolgen.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Neu ab 1. Januar 2016 ist, dass die Pflegekassen in der Zeit Verhinderungs- oder Kurzzeitpflege das Pflegegeld h\u00e4lftig weiterzahlen:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bei der Verhinderungspflege f\u00fcr einen Zeitraum von 42 Tagen<\/li>\n<li>Die Pflegekassen \u00fcbernehmen seither die Kosten einer erforderlichen Verhinderungspflege bis zum 1.612 Euro pro Jahr. Falls keine Leistungen aus der Kurzzeitpflege im selben Jahr beansprucht wurden, kann der Betrag f\u00fcr die Verhinderungspflege auf 2.418 Euro sich erh\u00f6hen.<\/li>\n<li>Bei der Kurzzeitpflege f\u00fcr 56 Tage<\/li>\n<li>Die Pflegekassen \u00fcbernehmen seither die Kosten einer erforderlichen Kurzzeitpflege bis zum 1.612 Euro pro Jahr.
